Watercolor Statue

Please understand that, yes, there is nudity in this picture, but there is no pornographic intent!!

The assignment was realistic representation of a Greek or Roman statue. And media, any mix of colors. A lot of my works this year had a purple/blue color theme....

For extra credit I did a loose-hand 3 min color pencil sketch of another one, but I'm debating on whether or not I should put it up here....

This was the first time I've EVER done anything with watercolors, except for the little coloring book pages in grade school. My teacher was impressed, but I don't think it's that great... That's why, this fall I'm taking his actual watercolor course!!! I really enjoyed working with this medium, and I'm really looking forward to getting better with it!!!
